We would like you to meet our staff!
Carol has worked with us since 2002 and does all the medical billing in our office. She is in charge of creating all claims to be billed to the insurance companies. She is here to help you understand any insurance questions you may have. May it be understanding the difference between co-pay and deductible or how to read your explanation of benefits. She currently finished the Medical Assisting course at Sanford Brown Institute.
Chris is our new patient coordinator. She will be there as your advocate from the time you are doing your paperwork until you leave the office. She is our certified X-ray tech and takes most of the films in the office. She has been working with us since 2006. She is a long time resident of Independence with her husband and 3 kids.
Mandi is our front desk receptionist. She is the first person you will talk to when you call or see when you come in. She also is the one who helps you set up all your appointments with the Dr. Ramseys. She has been with our office for 4 1/2 years. She is a new resident to Independence.
